What you will experience


Breathwork has the power to change your life. I have experienced such transformation and you can too! Join me at the Lake House, Kent on Friday 9th February at 7 pm.

You will be guided to use conscious connected breathing through the nose to help drop into your subconscious and a space of deep and powerful healing.

Rebirthing breathwork can help you to find clarity, reduce stress, improve well-being, move energy, release limiting beliefs, and experience a sense of one-ness. You will leave feeling motivated, empowered, and reset! It is an opportunity to drop deeply into the tender space of LOVE.

This is fantastic for calming your nervous system and has many health benefits, such as helping to improve sleep, supporting your immune system, reducing stress & anxiety, and supporting oxygen delivery.

I will also be offering reiki throughout the session and a beautiful curated music journey to drop even deeper into the space and healing.

 
 

Here is whats going to happen


STEP 1 - Welcome, presencing, introductions intentions & oracle card pull

This is an opportunity to meet each other and land in the space. Taking time to set an intention for the session.

STEP 2 - Rebirthing Breathwork technique demo & 20 conscious connected breaths

I show you the technique and we do 20 conscious connected breaths together sitting up to practice.

STEP 3 - Rebirthing Breathwork guided session (laying down) & relaxation

The fun part! I guide you through 40 minutes of conscious connected breathing. This includes breath holds, guidance, reiki, and a beautifully curated musical journey. Finishing with relaxation and visualisation.

STEP 4 - Journal or meditative seat & closing share

Your choice of journalling on your experience or sitting in quiet reflection and contemplation. Option to then share about your experience if you wish and then closing and final intention setting.

  • Some medical conditions and pregnancy are contradictions to Rebirthing Breathwork so if you have any medical conditions please message me before booking.

  • Everyone is different as are most sessions. Experiences may vary but can include sensations of relaxation, emotional release, physical sensations, increased energy, and a heightened sense of awareness.

  • Yes, I offer 2 & 4 month journeys, perfect if you want a tailored approach or lack the confidence to join a group session.
